Elaine Evelyn Price Stallard Shaver, 76, of Fairmont, WV formerly of Red Jacket, WV went home to be with her Lord on Tuesday, March 26, 2024 at home surrounded by her family. She was born August 27, 1947 the daughter of the late David Lloyd and Marjorie Grace Panrell Price. She was retired Mingo County School teacher, a graduate of Fairmont State University and Marshall University. She also served with her late husband, Rev. Curtis Drew Stallard as pastors of the Oneness Pentecostal Lighthouse Church – O.P.L. Worship Center, Red, Jacket, WV. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Marjorie Ann Price Reckart and Linda Lou Price Shaver. She is survived by her current husband, Walter Shaver of Fairmont, WV; her four children, Amber (Fred) Kitchen of Milton, WV, Chad (Dawnetta) Stallard of Dayton, OH, Erica (Troy) Rodeheaver of Hopwood, PA and Ashley (Chad) Rowan of Morgantown, WV; her sister, Dorothy “Jeannie” Starr of Huntington, WV; twelve grandchildren, Annalise Kitchen, fiancé Nik Walker and Arabella Kitchen, Landon and Chloe Stallard, Rocco, Leo, Silas and Foster Rodeheaver, Abree, Cayna, Judah and Titus Rowan; and a host of nieces, nephews and family. Funeral Services honoring Elaine’s life will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at O.P.L. Worship Center, 2150 WV-65 Red Jacket, WV 25692. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memory Gardens, Maher, WV. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday, March 29, 2024 at O.P.L. Worship Center, 2150 WV-65 Red Jacket, WV 25692.
