$500,000-$1 million | FIFTY PERCENT ($50%) discount on WVFDCOA and NFDA dues beginning January 1, 2007. (Branch services must be included on primary firm dues statement) Plus, one (1) FREE registration provided at WVFDCOA Annual Convention and WVFDCOA Advocacy Summit (does not include insurance CE). |
$1 million-$2 million | FREE WVFDCOA and NFDA dues. Plus, one (1) FREE registration provided at WVFDCOA Annual Convention and WVFDCOA Advocacy Summit (does not include insurance CE). |
$2 million-$3 million | REIMBURSEMENT for lodging expenses (1 room) for WVFDCOA Annual Convention and WVFDCOA Advocacy Summit (not to exceed 3 nights lodging at the Convention hotel during the printed dates of the meeting-meals are not included). Plus, FREE WVFDCOA and NFDA dues. Plus, two (2) FREE registrations provided at WVFDCOA Annual Convention and WVFDCOA Advocacy Summit (does not include insurance CE). |
$3 million and above | REIMBURSEMENT for lodging expenses (1 room and 2 registration fees) for NFDA National Convention (must be at Convention hotels listed – limit 3 nights, meals not included). Reimbursement of lodging expenses (1 room) for WVFDCOA Annual Convention and WVFDCOA Advocacy Summit (not to exceed 3 nights lodging at the Convention hotel during the printed dates of the meeting-meals are not included). Plus, FREE WVFDCOA and NFDA dues. Plus, two (2) FREE registrations provided at WVFDCOA Annual Convention and WVFDCOA Advocacy Summit (does not include insurance CE). |
- Firms are defined as licensed West Virginia Funeral Homes that are members of WVFDCOA and NFDA. Only member firms are eligible for Incentive Rewards.
- For reimbursement, bills must be paid in full and submitted to the Executive Director within thirty (30) days of the event
- There is no cash value relative to these Incentive Rewards. If not redeemed annually, there is no carryover.
- Firms terminating their participation in the Trust will have their dues prorated for the remainder of the year of termination, and firms decreasing to a lower level of participation will also be subject to having remaining dues prorated.
